10. What are the different payment
methods for the Gold Membership?
|
The
main payment method is payment by credit card. You can
also pay by PayPal or transfer funds. For more information, please have a
look at the registration pages or contact
sales@moove.com.

11. How does the 10x24 hours system work?
|
No automatic rebilling. You
are NOT getting a subscription and only pay a one-time fee of USD 9.95.
This will allow you to use moove online for 10 online sessions with 24
hours each, i.e. 240 hours in total. During these 24 hours you can log in
and out whenever you want. Only when those 24 hours are over, the
"second 24-hour block" will start. These 10 online sessions can
be spread out over a period of 12 months, starting with the day of
registration.

12. How
do the Gold Memberships work with one time payment?
|
One time payment means that you DO NOT buy a
subscription and there is NO automatic rebilling. This means your Membership does not extend automatically,
and you have to get a new Membership at the end of the month/year.

13. How does the Gold Membership subscription work?
|
You get a subscription with moove. This means
that your Membership extends automatically if you don't cancel it before
the end of the billing cycle.

14. When
will my credit card be charged when I get a Gold Membership subscription? |
Your credit card will
be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle, either monthly or annually,
depending on your chosen method of payment. |

15. How do I cancel my subscription?
|
Just send an informal e-mail to sales@moove.com.
The cancellation has to reach us at least 6 workdays before the end of the
billing cycle. You can also cancel your Membership and stop renewals by
chosing "Membership Status -> Cancellation" from the left
hand side of the community page.

How can I get a Gold Membership completely for free?
(Only members with a subscription have this possibility.)
|
If you recommend
moove online to someone else, you will get a 10% discount for every Gold Member (i.e. a member who continues using the service after the 14-day
trial period), who enters your name as referrer when asked at registration.
That means if you recommend 10 members, you will not have to pay your
Membership fee for the next billing cycle.
